Bookings made on GetYourGuide

For many tours on this site, the Book button takes you to our partner GetYourGuide, where you complete your booking and payment. In that case, Things to Do in Medellín does not take your payment: the cancellation, refund and rescheduling conditions that apply are those shown on GetYourGuide for that activity at the time of booking.

To cancel or change this type of booking, use your GetYourGuide booking (your GetYourGuide account or confirmation email).

Bookings made directly on this website

The following conditions apply only to bookings completed directly on thingstodoinmedellin.com:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour: full refund
  • Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund
  • No-show on the day: no refund

How to cancel: contact us at contact@thingstodoinmedellin.com with your booking reference number.

Weather cancellations: if a tour is cancelled by the operator due to bad weather or safety reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Group bookings: for private and group bookings above $300, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
