Standard Cancellation

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour: full refund
• Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund
• No-show on the day: no refund

How to Cancel To cancel a booking, contact us at contact@thingstodoinmedellin.com with your booking reference number.

Weather Cancellations If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to bad weather or safety reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Group Bookings For private and group bookings above $300, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
